Health & Wellness Animal Hospital provides comprehensive and progressive veterinary medicine and preventive care for pets in Hampton Falls, the New Hampshire seacoast, and the surrounding areas. We always accept new patients and would be happy to help you and your pet in any way possible.

Renovations & Updates at Health & Wellness Animal Hospital
Starting March 23rd, we are renovating our hospital to improve workflow and enhance the experience for pets and their families. Updates include additional exam rooms, a comfort area, a new surgical and dental suite, refreshed reception and office areas, and a complete facility refresh.
